The EPR tool is intended as a last resort option when standard uninstallation methods have failed. IMPORTANT: Technical Support does not recommend using the EPR tool as your primary method to uninstall McAfee Enterprise products, nor when you have uninstallation issues for the first time. You can use the EPR tool when these methods all fail. There are also instances where these methods might fail.
